PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. (AP) — A suspect has been arrested in an assault at a golf course in Dewey, in response to authorities.
Prescott Valley police stated officers responded to a report of a person down on the Quailwood Greens Golf Course at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police stated there was an argument between 51-year-old Clint Hughes and the 47-year-old sufferer from Prescott Valley.
Hughes reportedly drove his pickup truck into the person and stabbed him within the face with a knife, in response to authorities.
Police stated Hughes fled, however turned himself in a short while later.
The sufferer was transported to a Phoenix space hospital with accidents that weren’t life-threatening.
His identify hasn’t been launched.
Police stated Hughes was booked into the Yavapai County jail on suspicion of tried homicide, aggravated assault and endangerment expenses.
It was unclear Thursday if Hughes has a lawyer for his case but.
